Uploaded a few shots of cottages to TP which seemed to get reasonably good reactions, the long shot getting most votes but the Culloden moor cottage one getting one. I think that it's my favourite. Intrigued by the editing facilities in Flikr which seem to be quite good at creating very viewable images on the web. I like its local contrast option which seems to bring out detail really nicely. The one on the right was edited with it and it definitley improved it. Also starting to think that I need to use the histogram more in Lightroom and see if it's a good judge of the darkness of photographs. Certainly the last few that I've uploaded looked good on my monitor but very dark elsewhere.
